Portfolio (Web Sites):
Access Roadside Assistance is a very unique company who has a great product, providing Roadside Assistance across North America.
They needed an infinitely scalable web based application for tracking members (and sellers in Broker channels and store fronts) and provide
an incredibly high level of security and stability.
Kedsey worked with Access' Team to become a Microsoft BizSpark Member providing a cost effective way to create a .net web based application on a MS SQL 2008 enterprise Database. Server stability and security could not be better, thanks to a Peer1 dedicated managed server in a constantly monitored bunker. Online payments are handled by a custom application working with beanstream electronic payment processing, costing Access a small monthly fee instead of % of $ of online sales saving a lot of money. Looking at the public facing Access site only shows about 10% of this sites ability, which also includes a "broker portal" for 200+ store fronts, and a Promotions section for temporary memberships that are given away as promotions - you will be seeing a lot of these in the next few months, from a number of large companies. The site also has a report server running 24/7 automatically passing reports around, showing commissions and sales, and weekly performance statistics. Here is a subset of customers and the unique solutions we provided for them:
Rose Lane is a great little B & B on the Sunshine Coast here in B.C. I stayed there one weekend and offered to
replace their old, expensive, and pretty ugly site with a new, modern, dynamic site with pictures that I had taken of their garden.
We cut their hosting costs by $300 a year, and replaced a poor e-mail host with FREE Google Apps, and added analytics. Verified
all the code, and corrected all of their DNS faults. Now, that's a tight site - and they love it.
Agricana was a site assembled by Kedsey from a lot of user input, a Monster Flash template, a lot of flash modifications, and
a ton of images from iStock.
